  • It's tailored to your budget. I run lean programs for smaller owners and a full bench for larger ones, sized to the revenue you're trying to add. Monthly retainer, no long-term contract, and we set the exact number together on the call.

  • Month one is diagnosis: the audit and a 90-day plan, plus your real numbers, your true cost per lead, how much spend is being wasted, and which channels actually produce revenue. Month two the pipeline moves, more qualified leads at a lower cost to land them. Month three and beyond is where it compounds, because we pour budget into what converts and cut what doesn't. I won't promise a flood of leads in week one. I will promise a clear plan in week one and a pipeline you can forecast by quarter.

  • Usually not. Your in-house person knows the business; I bring the senior strategy and the specialist bench they don't have. If they're good, I make them far more effective. If the seat is genuinely wrong, I'll tell you straight, because that is exactly what you're paying me for.
