How long until I see results?

Month one is diagnosis: the audit and a 90-day plan, plus your real numbers, your true cost per lead, how much spend is being wasted, and which channels actually produce revenue. Month two the pipeline moves, more qualified leads at a lower cost to land them. Month three and beyond is where it compounds, because we pour budget into what converts and cut what doesn't. I won't promise a flood of leads in week one. I will promise a clear plan in week one and a pipeline you can forecast by quarter.

I already have a marketing person. Do they have to go?

Usually not. Your in-house person knows the business; I bring the senior strategy and the specialist bench they don't have. If they're good, I make them far more effective. If the seat is genuinely wrong, I'll tell you straight, because that is exactly what you're paying me for.

What industries do you work with?

What's the difference between a fractional CMO and an outsourced CMO?

They're the same role with different labels, so don't get hung up on the title. What matters is what you actually get: a senior marketing leader who owns your strategy, picks the right channels, runs the specialists, and is personally on the hook for your revenue, all on a monthly retainer instead of a $250K salary. (Interim CMO is the same thing with an end date, like covering a search.) Whatever you call it, you get me, the full team behind me, and a growth number we hit together. That's the fun part.
